SICSA Fall Semester Finals and NS-SArch Thesis Presentations

SICSA Space Architecture fall semester finals on November 29th and MS-SA thesis presentations on December 5th. Both events will be held at the Lunar Planetary Institute (LPI).

4 fall semester studio projects will be presented on November 29th from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm:

  • Salyut station structure re-purposing for commercial applications
  • SLS Upper stage application for habitat outfitting for micro- and partial- gravity conditions
  • The 2019 BIG Idea Challenge: Marsboreal Greenhouse Design
  • Design Strategy and Protocol Recommendations for Emergency Crowd Management of Untrained Passengers in Space

MS-Space Architecture thesis will be presented on December 5th from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm and include 5 projects:

  • Utilization of Payload Shrouds as Space Stations with Flexible “Plug and Play” Rack System
  • Titan Evolvable Colonization Strategies
  • Multi-Mission Single Person Spacecraft
  • ARCSEC Mars
  • Accelerated Cislunar Infrastructure
