Houston Airport System inks deal for Houston's Spaceport

The winner of the Deal of the Year in the Economic Development category of 2015 is Houston Airport System's Houston Spaceport project. The project is the result of collaborative efforts of HAS, NASA, the Greater Houston Partnership, The Sierra Nevada Corp., the City of Houston, Rice Space Institute, Texas Aerospace Technology, SICSA Space Architecture, now part of the Cullen College of Engineering, Bay Area Houston Economic Partnership, U.K.-based Catapult Satellite Applications, and Intuitive Machines.
